Bedrooms & Baths

• West Cottage has two bedrooms and a den/studio with pullout couch and three bathrooms
• The principal bedroom is on the main floor with an en suite bathroom
• The bed is queen-sized and the furniture is pine with lots of dresser and closet space

• There is also a comfortable lounge chair for quiet reading
• The ensuite bathroom features a unique oval tub as well as double sinks and a shower

• The second bedroom is upstairs and also has an ensuite bathroom
• There are twin beds in this delightfully bright blue room

• The couch in the studio/den is a queen-sized pullout
• This room also has a private deck and lots of light
• The third bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower

Living Area

• The living area features floor to ceiling fireplace, hardwood floors, a cozy arrangement of comfortable furniture, rugs and wooden beams
  

• French doors open to an outside deck and windows with views to the pastures - the perfect invitation to relax

Studio/Den

• Used by a former owner as a painting studio, this lovely room has exquisite light and views
• There is a separate deck and entrance through French doors
• The room has a small desk (there is high speed internet) and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV
• The couch opens into a comfortable queen-sized bed
  

Kitchen & Dining Area

• The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas allowing for lots of cooks or lots of sampling
• The kitchen has all the major appliances (family size) including a washer and dryer
• A huge pantry on the wall behind the fridge provides lots of storage
• An island with two stools is the perfect spot for a snack or morning coffee
• Remove the stools and you can serve a buffet meal beautifully from the island as well
• The wooden dining table seats six

** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) Monthly ($2500 per month)
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.
** Horse boarding is available at extra cost.

• Cleaning fee: $150.00 to $200.00 CAD per stay depending on occupancy. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning
