- Cleaning fee: $75.00 CAD per stay during High Season, and $60.00 CAD during Shoulder and Low Seasons. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning

- Well-behaved pets allowed at $10.00 CAD per night. Please read our pet policy
- Children are welcome (Please ensure that children are supervised at all times). With the ocean so close, care must always be taken to keep small children safe
- Please note that as the cabin is on the beach it can be unsafe during winter storm season (December-January). If an unexpected storm comes up during guest residency, guests may be relocated to a safer property
