- The cottage has two bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms
- Spacious master suite is on the main floor and features a queen-sized bed wrought iron bed with quality linens, an antique high-boy chest of drawers, large view windows, a walk-in closet, a cozy sunroom with access to a small deck

- The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a luxurious glass enclosed shower stall

- The second bedroom, on the second floor (nicely separated from the master suite), is equally spacious with a queen-sized bed, quality linens, view windows, a large closet, and an en suite bathroom with tub
- The half bathroom is on the main floor adjacent to the living room

- The dining area features an antique wooden table for six, antique buffets, and easy access to the outside deck through a glass door. Again quality art enhances the space
