Geographic Location

  • This vacation home offers an oceanfront location with access to the beach via a neighbourhood path

  • A group of about 25 seals live in the cove. Sightings of these seals as well as other sea life such as Orcas, otters and sea lions are common
  • Manicured grounds and mature gardens, frequently visited by local deer and rabbits

  • The master bedroom is nicely separated form the rest of the house
  • The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed, outfitted with quality linens, imported rugs, hardwood floors, a small TV and an electric fireplace

  • The master bedroom also opens to a private balcony overlooking the ocean and includes an en suite bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi tub

  • The second bedroom has a double bed and a window seat that looks out to the ocean
  • The third bedroom also has an ocean view and a twin bed
  • A total of 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 1 bedroom on the main floor and a self-contained suite offer accommodations for up to 10 guests

  • There is a 5th bedroom in a separate, self-contained suite. The bed in the suite is queen-sized and the suite also includes a sitting area, a complete bathroom with a jetted tub, a mini-kitchen, a daybed, a private balcony and a gas fireplace

  • The formal living room opens to the right of the entry way, with its curving staircase to the upper floor
  • The room is tastefully decorated and overlooks the gardens and pond at the front of the house

** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.

  • Cleaning fee: $150.00 CAD per stay during High Season, and $150.00 CAD during Shoulder and Low Seasons. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning
