Geographic Location

• This vacation home is located on the ocean with sweeping views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains, on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC
• Dramatic sunsets, pounding surf and sightings of Orcas

• Set amidst mature trees with a gazebo perched on the rocks overlooking the ocean
• Completely private with a large fenced lawn perfect for games or a wedding
• Seacliff is just a two minute walk from Flea Beach (so-named because it is small, not because it has fleas!)

• There are numerous walking trails from the house through old growth forests, up the Sooke Hills to magnificent views of the southern part of Vancouver Island, and to the historic Sheringham Lighthouse
• 10 minutes walking from Seacliff brings you to the mile-long beach at French Beach Provincial Park
• 20 minutes by car from the coastal village of Sooke and 60 minutes by car from the city of Victoria

Bedrooms & Baths

• The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms
• Master bedroom is on the main floor, nicely separated from the other bedrooms downstairs

• Master suite features a king-sized bed, a sitting area with TV/VCR and access to a private deck
• Master bathroom is a delight with ceramic tile, a granite-topped vanity, and a bathtub with a shower enclosure

• A cedar bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a double futon and a TV
• A third bedroom has twin beds
• These bedrooms share the second bathroom complete with sink, toilet and shower
• There is a separate entrance to the garden level and separate access to the decks

Living Room

• The south-facing wall of the room is made up of windows that look out to the ocean, the mountains and the front lawn
• A French door opens from this room to a large deck that stretches the length of the house that is sheltered and often sunny on cooler days

• The living room space is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and chairs, a marble coffee table, a gas fireplace, quality artwork, a bookcase and a TV/VCR

Kitchen & Dining Area

• The small kitchen is organized for efficiency and includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher

• The formal dining room has an expandable table and accommodates six comfortably
• There is easy access from both the kitchen and dining room to the living room

** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Special rates are available for seniors during the Low Season
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.
