- The open kitchen features an island with a Jenn-Air grill

- The kitchen opens on one side to the formal dining room and on the other to a more casual eating area
- There are also two solariums, one off the casual eating area, perfect for morning coffee and one off the family room, perfect for afternoon tea

- Seabright has two family rooms, one on the main floor open to the casual eating area and one on the garden level
- Both have TVs and the garden level room also features a ping pong table
- There is a satellite receiver and a DVD player
