- Riverside Cottage has two bedrooms and one bath
- The master bedroom located on the main floor has a queen-sized bed, quality linens, stained glass windows, antiques, folk art and overlooks the secret garden
- The master bedroom has easy access to the main floor bath

- This brightly painted room has a shower as well as a "maid's tub" that will delight the children
- Adults will enjoy the thick towels!

- Comfortable furniture grouped around a gas fireplace is the perfect spot for family chats

- The compact kitchen is well designed and has all the standard appliances as well as some delightful memorabilia
- An island with a two burner cooktop allows the chef to part of the ongoing activity
- The kitchen opens to the large deck where a propane barbeque extends the cooking options and where pots of fresh herbs are available to enhance your meals

- The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils, china, glassware and cutlery for four
- The eating area with a wooden table and four chairs is between the living room area and the kitchen
- Guests can also choose to eat on the deck or to take a picnic down to the river's bank

The Deck
- An extra large deck surrounds the cottage on the south and west sides providing an even closer aspect of the river
- The deck has a hot tub, a propane barbeque and lounge furniture along with pots of flowers and herbs

- Beyond the deck on the west side is a lawn and the property is surrounded by mature trees giving privacy and shade
- There are steps down to the river and on the north side of the property there is a small secret garden
- The deck opens directly from the kitchen area and from the front door
