** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.

• Cleaning fee: $125.00 CAD per stay during High Season, and $125.00 CAD during Shoulder and Low Seasons. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning
