Geographic Location

Bedrooms & Baths

• Otter Point house has a master suite with a king-sized bed, its own dressing room, a private deck with views of the ocean and the mountains as well as an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub
• If you leave the patio doors open, you can fall asleep to the sound of the surf

• There are two other bedrooms on the upper floor that share a bathroom, both with queen-sized beds
• One bedroom faces the gardens at the front of the house and the second bedroom (which features a Murphy bed) has ocean views
• The study has a comfortable pull-out couch, a wardrobe and views of the ocean
• There is also a bathroom on the main floor

• The fifth bedroom is in the separate suite at the garden level
• The bed is queen-sized and there is a bathroom on this level
• For big groups there is a pull-out couch in the living room of the suite
• The house will sleep 12 people comfortably

Great Room

• The Great Room features a soaring, two story, circular wall that captures the sweeping views of eagle tree, ocean and mountains
• A circular leather sofa is placed in front of the view wall

• There is access to an outside deck with views as well as the sound of the surf
• A huge soapstone fireplace (a Tulikivi) separates the formal great room from the dining room

• The open plan of the house (perfect for entertaining) allows guests to flow from the great room to the dining room, the kitchen, or the outside decks

Kitchen, Eating & Dining Areas

• Enjoy cooking and whale watching at the same time!
• The spacious kitchen is designed to allow the cook to look out to the views while cooking at the gas stove-top
• Major appliances include a wall oven, family-sized fridge and a dishwasher

• There is a glass-topped table in the kitchen and seating for four, a perfect spot to for your morning coffee or a mid-afternoon snack
• A pass-through to the dining room saves steps

• The formal dining room overlooks the front gardens and features a beautiful wooden table and chairs for eight

Garden Suite

• There is a separate suite on the garden level with its own bedroom, living room (with a TV and fireplace), exercise area, bathroom and kitchen
• The suite is wheelchair accessible and all on one level

• The exercise area includes a treadmill, an exercise bike, a Nordic track and multi-station fitness equipment
• The suite opens to a covered outside view deck
• There is also a laundry area on this level

** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Weekly (10% off lodging cost before taxes) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Special rates are available for seniors during the Low Season
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.
