Bedrooms & Baths

  • There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level of the main house

  • The principal bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, chaise lounge, gas fireplace

  • The principal bedroom also features a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, two seater steam shower and access to a private balcony

  • This area serves as a fourth bedroom if needed

Living Room

  • Your whole group can gather in this room with its comfortable sofa, leather recliners, flat screen TV, fireplace and library
  • The games table is the perfect spot for jigsaw puzzles, cards or computer work
  • Large view windows look out to Cooper's Cove
  • French doors open directly to the garden, the fire pit and the path to the beach

  • The room is open to the dining area and the kitchen beyond - allowing you to relax while supervising activities in these areas
  • Colourful art, decorative pieces, hardwood floors, area rugs and cozy throws add to the ambience of the room

The kitchen features:

  • Sub-Zero brand appliances
  • Built-in espresso machine
  • Granite counter tops
  • A large island with gas stove and a stainless steel vent hood

  • Plenty of space for kitchen helpers and for entertaining

  • A wooden table with 8 chairs provides seating for meals
  • The table is higher in level so that views of the ocean are unimpeded
  • Please note that the games table is a duplicate of the dining table and for special occasions and very large groups, these two tables can be put together

Suite

  • The suite is entirely separate from the house and completely private. It is important to note that access to the suite is by a set of about 12 stairs
  • The suite consists of a small kitchen area with regular-sized fridge and stove, coffee maker, microwave and other small appliances. There is an eating area with a wooden table and four chairs

  • The sitting area has a leather davenport that makes into a double bed. There is a leather recliner and a comfortable fabric chair. For supplementary heat, there is a small propane stove with a glass front - there is baseboard heating as well
  • The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the adjoining bathroom is four -piece

  • Again colourful art, cozy throws, hardwood floors, area carpets and lots of windows and light add a warm feel to the whole space

** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.

Other Conditions

  • Cleaning fee: $225.00 CAD (main house) or $350 CAD (house plus the suite) per stay during High Season, and $225.00 CAD (main house) or $350 CAD (house plus the suite) during Shoulder and Low Seasons. The cleaning fee for the suite by itself (during shoulder and low seasons) is $100 CAD. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning
  • Taxes apply
  • No smoking
  • Use of the outdoor fire pit is subject to seasonal fire restrictions
  • A well-behaved, small dog is allowed at $10.00 CAD per night. Please read our pet policy
  • Children are welcome (Please ensure that children are supervised at all times)
